Thank you very much for your interest in the postcards & prints of Stokwolf. All products of Stokwolf are designed and illustrated with love and care by Thalysia van Esch. They are produced in Holland on a small scale.

On this website Stokwolf’s collection is showed and you can order them easily for your shop. For ordering in the shop you need a personal login code.

login code request 

You can ask for a personal login code by e-mail. Please write down your name and company information and website.  After approval you’ll receive a personal login code as soon as possible. 

prices

Prices are visible after you login the website. All prices exclude VAT and other costs like shipping costs.

The retail prices (include VAT), mentioned in the product information, are suggested retail prices.

order conditions

-  The minimum order amount is €50,- excluded Vat and shipping costs.

-  Sales occur exclusively to (web)shops registred at the Chambre of Commerce.

-  Products are exclusively sold for resale in the shops for which the account is requested.

-  The minimum order quantity for Prints is 4 pieces per type. For postcards there’s no minimum order quantitiy.  

-  Products offered by set, may not be sold separate.

Payement possibilities

You can pay bij i-Deal (NL), Bancontact/MisterCash (BE), PayPal or bank transfer (payement in advance).

It’s also possible to choose to pay cash on pick up. Please make an appointment in advance.

mailbox sending: €4,15 excl. VAT
parcel post: €6,25 excl. VAT

Free shipping within the Netherlands > €195,- (excl. VAT and shipping costs).

to Belgium

parcel post €8,50 excl. VAT

shipment

Your order will be packed and shipped within five days after payement. If a product is temporarely out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

returning products

Ordered products are not returned, demaged productes excluded.  Please always contact us in advance before you return a product.
